Just outside the town is the Pembrokeshire coast national park, with its various walks and coastal paths. Other local attractions include Wales' biggest theme park 'Oakwood' and Folly Farm, ideal for visitors of all ages, numerous Castles and historical sites and not to forget Caldey Island with its working monastery. Daily boat trips are available from Tenby harbour to the island or for fishing trips. A short distance from Tenby, there is a wildlife animal park at Manor House, and close by you have Heatherton, a family fun and sports centre with an 18 hole pitch and putt golf course.
